Within our Cyber Security & Resilience unit, we work to protect critical infrastructure and develop sustainable security solutions for the future. We are now looking for a Senior Cyber Security Specialist who wants to contribute to strengthening cybersecurity in critical operations.

Job Description

Areas of Responsibility:

• Work as a consultant on strategic and technical assignments for key clients in defense and critical organizations
• Independently plan and execute efforts based on client needs
• Perform technical planning, risk management, and reporting to management teams
• Implement and work with standards such as ISO 27001, NIS2, Cyber Resilience Act, ISO/SAE 21434:2021, R155/156, and preferably NIST or IEC62443

You will be an important player in contributing to the development of the organization, products, and services with a focus on security. In the role of consultant, this means both participating in and driving competence-enhancing activities and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree (minimum requirement), preferably in Master of Science or Information Technology, alternatively IT, cybersecurity, or similar fields
• At least 3 years of experience in strategic roles in mission-critical organizations
• Documented experience working with standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIS2, Cyber Resilience Act, ISO/SAE 21434:2021, R155/156, and preferably NIST or IEC62443
• Excellent command of English (Danish or Norwegian is a plus)

Meritorious:

• Experience in DevSecOps, product and service development
• Background in defense or other critical operations
• Certifications in ITIL or similar
• Accreditation

Security Clearance & Education Verification

As we often work on classified assignments, this position may require security clearance and background checks before employment. Swedish citizenship is a requirement.
